The Fjord team undertakes strategy advisory work for corporations as a conduit to gaining investment mandates.

Paul Brynsrud and Michael  Obermayer, as Partners of McKinsey & Company, led strategy, operations improvement and M&A work for many global oil & gas as well as basic materials companies in Western and Eastern Europe.

Currently, Michael is a board member of Pöyry PLC, a major global energy consultant engineer, active in the climate change arena. He is also an advisor to several FSU steel and mining conglomerates, and on the board of Troika Investment Bank, the leading FSU i-bank. Paul is an advisor to several Nordic energy companies, mostly on M&A and turn-around.

Fjord undertakes complete corporate environmental audits and advises on energy efficiency measures as well as M&A; in the process, we develop strategies for capitalizing and monetizing potential carbon credit streams.
